attending college, I bring a unique blend of expertise to the table.
I have dedicated the past 6 years to excelling in the energy industry. During this time, I have
successfully managed multi-million-dollar accounts across diverse sectors, showcasing my
adeptness at navigating the complexities of this dynamic field.
In 2023, Mr. Nicholas J. Poole successfully founded Integrated Enterprise Ltd., establishing it as a
highly profitable business. Recognizing its potential, I purchased Integrated Enterprise Ltd. From
Mr. Poole with the intent of maintaining its operations as a reputable and professionally run woman-
owned enterprise, duly recognized as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
Under my leadership, with Mr. Poole as my business consultant, Integrated Enterprise Ltd.
experienced remarkable growth and prosperity throughout the course of 2023, achieving an
outstanding profit margin of 65%. Furthermore, the company’s success is extending into 2024,
foreshadowing a promising trajectory. Integrated Concrete Services, under the financial backing and
expertise of Integrated Enterprise (2023 sales totaling over $1.3 million), seized a valuable
opportunity to integrate the staff and assume the existing contracts of GM Contracting amidst its
dissolution. Notably, GM Contracting achieved impressive sales of $1.7 million in 2023. This
strategic move grants Integrated Concrete Services access to a highly skilled workforce and a
portfolio of ongoing contracts, positioning the company for continued growth and success.
The culmination of my experiences has endowed me with a range of key qualities that have been
instrumental in driving the success of our parent company Integrated Concrete Services. From
strategic planning and financial management to business growth and development, my
comprehensive skill set positions our company for limitless expansion and achievement.
Nick Poole
Partner & Business Consultant
Mr. Poole is a leading entrepreneur and current business developer with 26 years of experience in
concrete construction, excavation, and Steel Building sales/building installation. His entrepreneur
skills were developed at a young age when he started his career in the construction industry at 16
years old in 1997 with Beaver Concrete Construction of Chambersburg Pennsylvania. Here he
operated as a foreman for three years managing all aspects of excavation and concrete construction
for homebuilders and agricultural work, including taking part in field development, training,
studying, reading blueprints, managing schedules, managing a crew, managing all aspects of
material handling and Builder/vendor communications. At 20 years old, he started his own
company Choice Concrete Construction and Excavating. He ran Choice Concrete Construction and
Excavating for three years doing small Excavation jobs, and Concrete flat work. Due to a
partnership death of his brother, he sold the company and went back to managing a Concrete flat
Work division for Beaver Concrete Construction.
In the next 10 years at Beaver Concrete Construction, he took the division from a -$60,000 per year
to a positive $7.3 million in sales per year. In these 10 years with Beaver Concrete Construction, he
vigorously took ownership of the flat work division and the company growth. Showing
entrepreneurial skills in handling all things from sales, estimating, hiring/firing, purchasing all
trucks, trailers and equipment needed to effectively grow Beaver Concrete Construction in a
strategic way. Developing four teams of six men with three Forman’s, two field two field supervisors,
and three subcontracting crews, all running on the same schedule every week. He places high value
on the knowledge that he learned in operating business for Beaver Concrete Construction, gaining
insights and life lessons through leadership, blueprint interpretation, and business developing
classes. While studying and achieving a certification with the Concrete foundation association of
America. He also played an active part in all management meetings, including profit and loss,
reviews, financial reviews, and overall business management meetings.
Moving on from Beaver Concrete Construction in 2017 Mr. Poole, created his second company,
Poole Construction LLC., which effectively was run, with a focus on concrete construction and large
Steel Building installation. At the time the building business took precedence for him economically
and for the past seven years, he has built a strong reputation in the Steel Building Industry.
Developing a subcontracting base of 7 seven ten-man crews, traveling across all states, selling and
installing steel buildings.
In 2023 he developed Integrated Enterprise LTD and sold it to Aleica Ware, then became the
consulting partner so that they could run the business as a professional woman own business/
WBE. In 2023 the business thrived running at a 65% profit margin and doubling in size coming into
2024.
Nicholas will fully co-manage Integrated Concrete Services from a partner and business consulting
position. In aspiration that this company can also utilize the advantages of being a woman owned
company / WBE. His leadership skills and entrepreneurship development mindset will be utilized in
all aspects of the business including but not limited to, sales development strategies and forecasting,
employment growth, field scheduling, final decision-making, and overseeing all general affairs of the
business from a consulting position within the company.
Bob Marraccini
Partner & Field Manager
Bob is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the construction and equipment
transportation industry. From 2020 to 2024, he worked as a concrete finisher and machine operator
at GM Contracting, where he specialized in site excavation, preparation, and operation of heavy
machinery. Bob ensured that each job had adequate materials for timely completion, controlling
labor costs effectively.
Prior to this, from 2014 to 2018, Bob served as a laborer at Crafton Builders. In this role, he was
responsible for framing houses, ordering materials, and managing inventory to guarantee smooth
operations on various projects. He meticulously coordinated material procurement, ensuring the
availability of necessary supplies, which helped in meeting project deadlines efficiently.
Bob also worked for DWD Equipment transportation, where he became an expert in hauling heavy
machinery. With his exceptional skills in transporting delicate and heavy equipment, he successfully
maintained a meticulous travel log and sustained a flawless hauling history without any accidents,
showcasing his commitment to safety and professionalism.
In addition to his expertise in construction and equipment transportation, Bob also displayed
proficiency in maintenance for Geo Energy Tech Services. During his tenure, he undertook various
responsibilities such as performing maintenance on gas well tanks, constructing gravel roadways to
the well site, and replacing weathered pipes on gas well pads. By ensuring the smooth operation of
gas wells and maintaining safety standards, Bob contributed significantly to the overall success of
the maintenance team.
With Bob’s extensive experience in construction, equipment transportation, and maintenance, he
has developed a solid foundation of skills and knowledge. His commitment to safety, attention to
detail, and ability to work efficiently make him a valuable asset to Integrated Concrete Services.
Preston Williams
Partner & Chief Estimator
Preston’s extensive experience in the construction industry makes him a valuable asset to our team
at Integrated Concrete Services. As a laborer at EJ Burns Construction from April 2014 to April
2017, he gained hands-on expertise in asphalt preparation, installation, and maintenance. Preston
became proficient in using various tools and equipment specific to asphalt work. Moreover, he
developed a solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a construction
environment, ensuring the well-being of the team and compliance with industry standards. Preston’s
ability to complete physically demanding tasks in diverse weather conditions further demonstrates
his dedication and work ethic.
Continuing his professional growth, Preston transitioned to Mornak Excavation as a
Laborer/Operator & Supervisor from April 2017 to November 2022. This role allowed him to
showcase his leadership skills and project management capabilities. With responsibility for
managing over $2,000,000 in landscaping and excavation projects from start to finish, Preston
ensured on-time completion and client satisfaction. His precise execution of excavation operations,
including grading, demolition, trenching, and foundation digging, adhered to strict safety standards
and local regulations. Additionally, Preston played a crucial role in training new employees,
providing guidance on processes and enforcing compliance with safety regulations within the
excavation and landscaping industry.
In October 2020, Preston expanded his skill set by taking up the role of Health Insurance Advisor at
Health Benefits Group Inc. In this position, he advised over 200 clients on Medicare and health
insurance options, helping them make informed decisions based on their specific needs. Conducting
thorough needs assessments, Preston presented suitable insurance plans tailored to each individual,
building a strong client base through excellent communication and a deep understanding of
customer requirements.
Most recently, he served as a Sales Manager/Project Manager at GM Contracting from December
2023 to January 2024. In this capacity, Preston prioritized building and maintaining robust client
relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering repeat business. He achieved this
through meticulous contract construction, efficient management of customer invoicing processes,
and by conducting thorough needs assessments. His proactive approach to sales resulted in total
commercial and residential concrete sales of $1.73 million in 2023. Additionally, Preston equipped
field crews with essential tools by creating project blueprints and comprehensive scope of work
documents.
